The headboard looks exactly as pictured and I love how it helps keep the pillows from falling off the bed. I would have given it five stars except for two things. First, the directions are out of order. I attached the legs as directed, then realized that for the sides to be attached I’d have to take the legs off to access the pre drilled holes. Second, and this is the biggest reason, the screws marked as being for attaching the headboard to the bed frame are too long. They extend out past the depth of the headboard and gouged my brand new walls. They’re close enough I could tell by sight, but the walls were damaged pretty heavily. I used the shortest screw option in the bag of parts, so to fix it I had to go buy not only drywall repair but also my own shorter screws.
