I recently purchased the Letesa Modern Queen Bed frame from Uncle Tom’s Shop. There was a slight issue with the product and customer service was extremely helpful and responded immediately. I was very satisfied with the outcome.Parts were broken and I had to wood glue them back together, the pieces were not painted evenly (runs and thin spots), bugs were smashed in between boards, and some "gunky" stuff was smeared on the boards. The bed doesn't seem to be made out of pretty sturdy material, but it's holding up right now. I was going to return it, but the refund didn't even cover the purchase price and I was going to have to pay for shipping too. Don't buy this bed!UPDATE: I was able to repair the bed myself thankfully due to some woodworking skills. The company did refund me the money and was very apologetic with the quality of the bed.
